Bad service, no consultation with the tenants of the house that is being sold, and no account was taken of the fact that we also needed to find something new. Had to contact them ourselves to ask when viewings were, in addition, not even a phone call after the viewing to let me know I could re-enter the house. Then 18 days to find a new living location on top of work and move everything and hand over the house clean. Including removing floors which was never discussed and isn't even ours but the landlord's. Everything is messed up and it’s not working at all. All around misery and stress for nothing. Know well where you are starting because with tadema it’s misery.

Helaas kan ik makelaarskantoor Tadema Makelaars uit Leeuwarden absoluut niet aanbevelen. We kochten een woning in een buitenwijk van Leeuwarden en Tadema vertegenwoordigde de verkoper. Het is volkomen duidelijk dat Tadema Makelaars de belangen van de andere partij moet behartigen. Naar mijn mening hoort het echter niet bij het behartigen van de belangen van de verkoper om in een e-mail met het koopaanbod een woonoppervlakte te vermelden die bijna 20% (!!) te hoog is ingeschat. Toen we dit aan de heer Tadema kenbaar maakten, probeerde hij het aanvankelijk te negeren. Hij reageerde niet op onze e-mails waarin we dit aankaartten en beweerde vervolgens dat ze per ongeluk in zijn spammap terecht waren gekomen. Gelukkig kwamen alle andere e-mails wel goed aan (-; Toen deze tactiek niet meer werkte, beweerde hij dat het huis een garage had met dezelfde buitenmuren en onder hetzelfde dak, en dat het vast wel mogelijk zou zijn om die om te bouwen tot woonruimte. Eerlijk gezegd moest ik zo hard lachen toen ik dat las dat ik buikpijn kreeg. Toen meneer Tadema besefte dat dit argument ons niet overtuigde, wilde hij de directe communicatie verbreken en ons voorschrijven wie we als onze vertegenwoordiger moesten inschakelen. Het was een variant op het oude gezegde: "Alleen de domste kalveren kiezen hun eigen slager." Helaas richt meneer Tadema zich niet op het oplossen van problemen, maar op afleidingsmanoeuvres, wat de situatie er niet beter op maakt. Conclusie: Als u een koper bent en u komt makelaar Tadema tegen, controleer dan alle informatie die hij verstrekt grondig; er kan een verschil van bijna 20% zijn tussen wat hij zegt en wat er daadwerkelijk gebeurt.
