Mijn (hoge) cijfers spreken denk ik voor zich. De verkoopprijs is niet super, maar uiteindelijk OK. En ik geloof niet dat de makelaar kan worden verweten dat de verkoopprijs ruim 9% lager is dan de oorspronkelijke vraagprijs.
