For the viewing, they inform: house is sold. The agents have made an appointment with each other, made an offer, deal closed, added a gun factor and it's done. Why fair for everyone! Real estate agents in the country should be ashamed and it's incomprehensible that this is allowed. And Kraak en Donker just works here with it unfortunately.
