Alvorens de opdracht uit te zetten heb ik via een vergelijkingssite van Makelaars een voorselectie aangevraagd obv reviews en eindresultaten. Vervolgens gesprekken aangegaan met de 3 geselecteerden. Wat voor mij de doorslag was om de opdracht aan TQ te gunnen, was de wijze van aanpak en opbouw van deze aanpak en motivatie rondom de waardebepaling van dat moment. Ik ervoer een grondige voorbereiding en Joop was al zeer goed voorbereid tijdens de eerste kennismaking, had zich goed…
