INTENDED AS AN ABSOLUTE REVIEW. It was inconvenient not to explain in spring 2025 by Baas Makelaars to me the concepts of living area and user area. And further also not, the requested explanation of the brochure with an independent measurement report to substantiate. This after the moment of ascertained errors in the text of the brochure. And measurement of the property by Touw Taxaties B.V., independent appraisers' office. This for sale by myself of my property in spring 2025. As a result, Baas Makelaars was forced to conclude a financial agreement against final settlement in October 2025. With the condition to me to cancel the date and sitting on November 12, 2025 of the Ethics Committee for Real Estate Officials. To prevent processing of my complaint regarding possible violation of rules NVM Real Estate Agents by Baas Makelaars. Otherwise the only conditions set by Baas Makelaars. Finally. It is advisable: To contact real estate agents only after carefully reading the points mentioned below: 1. Make sure that the concepts of living area and user area are clear. Contact with the real estate agent was excellent. The real estate agent has done their utmost to sell our house in the difficult more expensive segment. A point for improvement could be that even if there is no movement in the sale, contact is made from time to time.
