BEDOELD ALS ABSOLUUT REVIEW . Het was onhandig niet uit te leggen in voorjaar 2025 door Baas Makelaars , Vang 1, 4661TX Halsteren aan mij de begrippen woonoppervlakte en gebruiksoppervlakte vermeld staande in mijn aankoop brochure. En verder ook niet , de gevraagde uitleg van de brochure met een onafhankelijk meetrapport door hen te onderbouwen. Dit na het moment van grove ernstige geconstateerde fouten in de tekst van de brochure. Dat bleek na meting van mijn woning door Touw Taxaties B.V onafhankelijk taxatiebureau te Wouw . De meeting woonoppervlakte was nodig voor verkoop door van mijn woning door mij zelf in voorjaar 2025 .Immers het vertrouwen was weg in Baas Makelaars te Halsteren. Baas Makelaars was genoodzaakt gelet op het bovenstaande mij tegen een finale kwijting een financiële overeenkomst te sluiten in oktober 2025 . Met aan mij de voorwaarde daar bij te stellen : Te annuleren de datum en zitting op 12 november 2025 van de Tucht Commissie voor Vastgoed Officials .(ZAAK NR DGC 1267294-C7E6A7 VERDER ONDER NR 1038490/1267293 ). Om behandeling te voorkomen van mijn klacht inzake mogelijke ernstige overtreding regels NVM Makelaars door Baas Makelaars Overigens de enige gestelde voorwaarden door Baas Makelaars. aan mij als toch ernstig benadeelde . Ten slotte. Aan te raden is : Het contact met makelaars pas aan te gaan, na aandachtig te lezen de hieronder vermelde punten: 1.Zorg dat de begrippen woonoppervlakte en gebruiksoppervlakte helder zijn. Immers deze zijn onder meer van invloed op de aan- of verkoopprijs en op de makelaarsprovisie 2. De technische gegevens uit de brochure nauwgezet te controleren. 3.Vraag altijd naar een kopie van een recent onafhankelijk meetrapport ter zake de woning waar de interesse naar uit gaat. 4. Maak eens kennis met HuisPedia en Makelaarsland 5. Onderhandel altijd over de makelaarsprovisie . Het contact met een makelaar kan vlekkeloos verlopen als men mijn punten 1 t.m. 5 aandachtig tot zich neemt. PS. Niet zuiver is dat niet welgevallige reviews bij makelaars door www.Klacht.nl en www.Trustoo.nl worden geweigerd .
