!!Be careful with Beumer Utrecht and Heimsteden when buying a house!! Two years ago, an apartment was bought with hidden defects, the floors show wear from normal use, this is not normal! I have contacted Beumer Utrecht a few weeks ago both by email and via whatsapp, but received no answer. Heimsteden did respond that the team leader would react to this, but never received a response.... Shocking and unprofessional, but if you send them an app about the sale of a house they respond within 1 day👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Multiple residents complain about this and Beumer Utrecht does not even take the trouble to respond. Also, very delayed maintenance by the VVE where you may be charged 4200 euro within 14 days.

Lemoo.nl is een erg goed verhuurbedrijf. Dhr. Rafi is een vriendelijke en flexibele man. Hij reageert soms iets later dan gepland, maar hij is echt een fantastisch persoon en komt altijd met een oplossing. Zijn bedrijf is huurdersvriendelijk en ik heb tijdens mijn verblijf nooit problemen ondervonden. Een echte aanrader.

Ik heb ruim drie jaar in een accommodatie van Lemoo gewoond en ik vond ze erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam (vooral voor expats). Ze doen ook hun best om je in geval van nood te helpen. De huurprijs en andere voorwaarden zijn heel duidelijk en ze zijn goed bereikbaar via de telefoon. Rafi kwam zelfs langs om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Ze hebben me zelfs geholpen met verhuizen.

Wij zijn echt zeer positief over Rafi. Hij heeft ons (voor Utrechtse begrippen) snel geholpen aan een woning. Hij communiceert goed en duidelijk! Ook voor vrienden van ons heeft hij een leuk appartementje kunnen regelen en via hen zijn wij bij leao terecht gekomen. I have been trying to contact the appraiser who did my valuation since February 7th because a parcel was not included. This has an impact on the value of my house, and I want to discuss it. Unfortunately, it seems they are unwilling to speak with me. I have called seven times so far and each time I am promised that I will be called back, but that never happened. The people who performed the valuation are unreachable. This is a serious matter and very frustrating. Decent service should at least be the minimum. Adjusted sale price between 435.00 and 470.00. Model values between 500.000 and 570.000. He doesn't even know the location of a reference object. My appraisal value 417.000 (needed 430.000 to fall into another risk class). €470 euro wasted on a worthless report. We also agreed that he would first share his findings before validating the report. This agreement was not kept. Don't go to this real estate agent.
