Two weeks ago (23.04.2023) I contacted to schedule a viewing on a Friday or Saturday. I was called the next day, informing me that there was no availability on Friday and that the office is closed on weekends, so viewings do not take place. I would be placed on a so-called reserve list. By mistake, I discovered that two weeks later (06.05.2023) an open house is scheduled for the property in question on Saturday (on the weekend, incidentally!). If you are already talking about a reserve list, use it better in the future, act proactively and ensure proper information provision (regarding whether or not viewings are possible on weekends).

It's all in the name... We received 'Maat' work when selling our 'House' from the moment of initial telephone contact to the actual handling of the sale!

We highly recommend Beumer Garantiemakelaars, and more specifically Bernadette, as a broker because: - They communicate quickly and clearly and provide helpful advice, which is important for a successful purchase/sale of a home. - Beumer completely took care of us in the sales process, so it cost us little effort and time. - The internal staff (Gaby) at Beumer also acts quickly and competently. - Beumer proactively supports us not only with the sale of our house but also with the purchase of our new build home and temporary rental during the interim period. - And all this for a competitive price.

Rude behavior towards potential buyers. Not a good representation for a salesperson! Without cancellation or being spoken to, they left us standing at the agreed-upon time in front of a closed door because there was already an offer under negotiation. When trying to contact the real estate agent, no response and also no feedback/apologies. When the negotiation led nowhere, they suddenly tried to involve us again. Scandalous.

As a buyer, I have had contact with this broker. Typical seller with sweet talk, but no understanding of legal matters. Prefers to sweep all negative aspects of a property under the rug and takes no responsibility afterwards. In our opinion, it is clear that this broker does not help the selling party in fulfilling their obligation of proper disclosure. Very bad, and not recommended.

From telephone operator to executing broker, it was very pleasant to work with and interact with. Beumer Garantiemakelaars has a fun team with lots of knowledge and enthusiastic employees. Our house looked beautiful in the photos, and that partly contributed to our house being sold within 2 months. After each viewing, we were called to hear how it went. As a potential buyer, I contacted this real estate agent about a property they were selling, but that was once and never again. Bizarre, what a company, how they think they can deal with people, dogs wouldn't eat that. I would not recommend any seller to go into business with this party, otherwise you are certain that you will be left with a costly mistake!

Very satisfied with the quick sale of my mother's apartment for a good price.

Two weeks ago I contacted this real estate agent because we really wanted to rent a house in a new construction project in Utrecht. I was told on the phone that it was already quite difficult to get a house there and that we would have to arrange everything the same day, and if not everything could be arranged in 1 day, they would see what they could do for us. That same day I got as much in order as possible, but certain things like an extract from the Municipal Personal Records Database (GBA) simply don't happen in 1 day. Afterwards, I called them several times (even after I received the extract), but never managed to get through to a real estate agent. I was supposed to receive a callback twice, but that never happened. I went directly to another real estate agent the next day who also had houses in the same new construction project and they immediately put a house under option for me, and we signed yesterday. If it were up to Beumer Garantiemakelaars, I still wouldn't have a house... very disappointing. 1 star.

The equipment was new and tasteful, but the cleaning was insane. There would have been a new cleaner, but everything was dirty, the bedding wasn't changed! And the shower was moldy in the corners. The air conditioning didn't work either, the motion sensor should have done it. It always showed the number of degrees and how much I wanted, but nothing happened. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is also very busy, thanks to the busy street with multiple floors and the constant roar of engines. But the apartment was really beautifully equipped, including a hairdryer and kitchenware, so that increases the rating slightly. The possibility of doing laundry for free is also good.

Avoid them at all costs unless you want to lose time, money and a part of your well-being. TLDR: They were incredibly careless, unresponsive, and delivered work of very low quality compared to the price. We lost months because of them and still had to pay for poorly done work. And we started working with an actually capable broker, and the house was sold within a week. Yes, there was a price difference with the second offer, but it's all about the conversation and expectations. And Aldem couldn’t care less. Here is a list of problems that we had with them - It takes multiple days for them to respond to even the simplest requests - They do nothing unless you specifically ask them, and sometimes multiple times - For example, they didn't put up a 'for sale' sign, although we had asked for it, and they claim we never wanted it. - They did not follow our process, provide any updates or give any advice. They claim that if no one calls, there’s nothing to talk about. We tried to explain that it is even more important to have an update so we can discuss our options. Because clearly something is wrong with the presentation of the price list if no one calls. - They didn't let us know when our house was on Funda. We also had to remind them multiple times, and when they did, we only found out by chance. - An external company did a great photoshoot (although we can’t use it now). And while we were listing our apartment on Funda, they randomly uploaded photos. Can you imagine a photo of an elevator being on the top photos of the ad, along with the outside entrance? You can see the image - We didn't even have a contract and they effectively threatened to not remove the listing from Funda unless we pay them. We suggested paying partially, the actual value of the work they did, not what they claimed. And they used the listing on Funda as leverage and told us that they will not remove the listing unless we paid the full amount. It’s partly our fault for ignoring the warning signs and not signing a contract. But it is what it is. So only if you know how to sell a house, and only if you can specifically tell them what to do, can you work with them. But in that case, I advise you to open your own real estate agency.
