We had a viewing at a property and got the strong impression that we were having a personal viewing because we were allowed to come and look between 2:00 PM and 2:15 PM. We bought our house through De Wekker (and will soon be able to officially receive the keys! :D). 2x a call was made to Wekker; in the past to sell our house and recently to have our house appraised. Both times unfortunately disappointed in this real estate agent. For the sale of our house, they sent an apprentice who clearly wasn't very far along in his training. The appraisal was carried out based on assumptions and the communication was poor.
