De koper was niet altijd even vlot maar de makelaar handelde professioneel, rustig en geduldig. Van begin tot einde geweldige begeleiding!! Zeer aimabele persoon! Hij was zeer goed op de hoogte van het gebied rondom de locatie en de mogelijkheden voor potentiële kopers. We zijn alleen maar positief!

Fijn eerste gesprek waarin al serieus gekeken werd naar de plussen en minnen van de woning voor een goede waardebepaling (naast het gebruik van de gebruikelijke software) en ik duidelijke uitleg kreeg over de huidige marktwerking en het verkoopproces. Werner dacht in het hele proces mee en hield mij continu op de hoogte. Zeer tevreden over zijn deskundigheid en de wijze van ontzorgen. Zelfs tijdens het maken van het beeldmateriaal niet te beroerd om even wat spullen te verplaats…

We hebben het huis verkocht, wat het hoofddoel was, punt uit. Ik geloof dat er betere opties zijn in Eindhoven, vooral als je meer voor je huis wilt krijgen.

niet netjes personeel. ik belde namens school wat natuurlijk vervelend is voor degene die de telefoon oppakt. maar deze mevrouw had niet eens het fatsoen om te laten uitspreken nog iets terug zeggen. ik zei men naam en meteen werd de lijn verbroken. bij de 2 keer precies hetzelfde. ik ging er namelijk vanuit dat de telefoonlijn niet goed werkte of dat er ruis was. dit bleekt niet te zijn.

We hebben prettig samengewerkt met deze makelaar! Diensten en prijzen zijn duidelijk en transparant. Het voorbereidende onderzoek naar de woning was grondig. En naast de afgesproken zaken werd ook extra werk gedaan zonder daarvoor kosten te rekenen. Toen de makelaaar een dag uitviel door ziekte werd dit snel en vakkundig overgenomen door zijn collega. Zeker een aanrader!

Zeer onprofessionele Makelaar. Niet bekend met het huis dat hij ons verkoopt of gewoon niet geïnteresseerd. Het leek alsof het zijn parttimebaan was. Wij ontdekten zelf dat er een warmtepomp in huis zat…. Zeer moeilijk om het tweede bezoek aan het huis te regelen nadat ons bod was geaccepteerd. Het kostte ons eeuwen om alle huisgegevens en vragenlijst te krijgen. Pas nadat we hadden aangegeven dat we de deal zouden beëindigen, werden de documenten naar ons verzonden. (Eigenaren vertrouwden de verkoop van het huis toe aan de Makelaar omdat ze niet in het land woonden). Eindelijk, na een lange tijd, werd de deal gesloten. De Makelaar kwam voor de eindinspectie en moest zeer snel weer weg. En er werd slechts één set sleutels aan ons overhandigd. Geen sleutel voor de tuindeur. We hebben het bureau gebeld om hen te informeren, ze zeiden dat ze de Makelaar zouden bellen en ons terugbellen. Dit is nooit gebeurd.
