Ook nam ze veel werk uit handen wat niet per se had gehoeven. Als je belt neemt ze 9/10 keer direct op. Erg fijn en snel schakelen. Ik ben iemand die altijd de strategie en reden achter dingen wil begrijpen. Dat legde ze ook haarfijn uit. Ze is helder, transparant en eerlijk in communicatie en meegaand met je wensen al verkoper. Maar geeft wel een concreet en professioneel advies. Het contact is erg gezellig en luchtig en totaal niet zoals ik van een makelaar verwacht. Maar dan in positieve zin! Enorm blij dat onze woning is verkocht maar ik ga het contact met Machteld nu wel missen ;) Als je je woning gaat verkopen zou ik niet verder zoeken dan Moos Makelaardij!

What disappointed me is that he had said to our buyer, I could have gotten much more out of it. And that twice. We ultimately sold our house ourselves to this buyer. Three times he had people come without result. We were already satisfied with the asking price, but he wanted to get more out of it.
