Tijdens onze zoektocht naar een woning zijn wij in contact gekomen met Koning Makelaar in Woerden. Helaas hebben wij deze ervaring als zeer onprettig ervaren. De toon waarop er met ons werd gesproken kwam respectloos over en gaf ons het gevoel dat we werden gekleineerd, in plaats van begeleid in een toch al spannende periode. Na het uitbrengen van ons eerste bod werden wij telefonisch benaderd met de opmerking: “Wat denk je zelf? Dit is veel te laag, jullie gaan het niet worden.” Deze manier van communiceren vonden wij onprofessioneel en onnodig hard. Inmiddels hebben wij via een andere weg wél een woning kunnen vinden, wat voor ons bevestigt dat onze situatie zeker niet kansloos was.
