Tried Friday afternoon 02-08-2024 to call the real estate agency branch Sprang Capelle and I was kept on hold for a very long time and then pushed away. That as many as 8 times! Another (mobile) number called and that didn't work either; they did call back.. 07-08-2024 appointment to view the house. I am there neatly on time and NO ONE at the agreed time… calling the office spang capelle and again NO ONE picks up… office Woudrichem called and they saw that the appointment was in the broker's agenda and I could get a 06 number… what arrogance! I indicated that they should call and 20 minutes late Mr. aankakken arrived… story: they had sent him to the wrong house….. furthermore he didn’t have a key and the owners of the house to be viewed were on vacation. While the back gate was open, a motor was outside and the skylights on the upper floor were wide open. So it doesn't match at all.. A small apology could come out and hopefully they can make up for it with another viewing… what an incompetent group. No words for it.

Very unreliable company, my friend has made offers on a house, all sorts of promises are made to her, the house is already promised to her, the property comes under option, ultimately the bid is passed on to an interested new buyer. And that person gets the house from there. Disgusting, no words for it. Even after all the evidence my friend has shown that the house was indeed promised to her. Very painful. Doesn't deserve a star. I won't go along with this.

What a joy we are with our new house and that is thanks to the Agents of Altena. They made sure that we could buy the house as a Buyer's Agent and we are very grateful to Tom Kwint for that. Even late at night a phone call with updates and also via email. We came across a house where we both fell in love but didn’t know how to approach it. And yes, thanks to these actions, we got the house. For the mortgage, an appraisal still had to be carried out, and they did that at De Makelaars van Altena too. A neat appointment was made with the selling party and then a very beautiful appraisal, very extensive and completely official according to NWWI. Everything was neatly on email and with all patience and good explanation everything was explained to us. This allowed us to get the mortgage arranged quite quickly and now we are waiting for the keys. What an awesome company, you are helped professionally here and I can recommend it to everyone. If we ever sell our house, I will definitely have them arrange it. They know your wishes with a few words. So highly recommended, and once again thank you very much for all your good care.

we are very satisfied with the expertise of the real estate agent. there are always points for improvement, but that is not only due to the real estate agent. you do this together, give and take, and happily achieve as high a return as possible. the guidance was very good.

Very disappointing guidance received from this office during the sale of our house. They use prices that are at the top of the market, but the service certainly doesn't match. In particular, the communication during the process is mediocre, but also regarding actions taken we have major question marks afterwards. Examples of this are: -Drone photos were not taken in accordance with the appointment. Done anyway after complaint -Very unclear communication about the term for listing the property on funda. Much longer than indicated -Very mediocre communication after viewings. The ultimate buyer had much more interest in the property than appeared from the information provided by the real estate agent. -Subsequently, based on this deficient information, an offer well below the asking price was accepted within two weeks of placement. We are ultimately responsible for this ourselves, but the information from the real estate agent plays a major role here. Afterwards you wonder why you didn't just waited (there was an appointment for a second viewing by another party, note for the next day), but the real estate agent increases the pressure and says that you need to act quickly. After agreement, there is then little rush in drawing up the purchase contract which is very contradictory. -When registering for signing with the notary, the real estate agent indicates that the buyer can report minor defects to the real estate agency within a few days. Apart from the fact that there is a legal duty of investigation and a notification obligation to which we have fully complied, this is a matter between buyer and seller. Acting in this way is strange and not in the client's interest. A very bitter aftertaste remains from the entire sales process and I would always look for another real estate agent in this region.

Everything went as expected. The conditions were also perfect and the interest on the website proved sufficient.
