If you want a good real estate agency, I would definitely go with another one... When problems arose, it became very complicated (they wash their hands of it!) and the communication was quite poor overall. Whenever we asked critical questions, the atmosphere became quite ''arrogant''. Very unfortunate and bad in our eyes! However, we do live very comfortably here, hence the 2 stars for the effort..!

The Insurance division of the company communicates poorly with the customer. There is no interest in doing anything for the customer. After a week, still no response as to whether there were cheaper car insurances than the one I had. The owner told me that they don't shop around. A pity, maybe look further before you go swimming with pills.

This review is actually for the internal Regiobank branch. They don't understand what customer service is. They want a 94-year-old woman who is severely dependent and relies on home care to come to the office because they don't want to answer the general question by phone about whether it is possible to adjust the frequency of paper statements from bi-weekly to weekly. Under the guise of this being customer-sensitive information, the employee then terminates the connection without giving any reason. Even when you visit the branch to get clarification, they keep repeating the above and order you to leave the premises. Therefore, no recommendation from my side.
