Jerry was helpful until the sale was completed, but he did not deliver the documents that he had promised to the notary in January. He is unreachable and ignores phone calls, despite a disagreement with the seller. As for my response: I asked for the documents on 19-12-2023 and Jerry has not read the message up to today, when I am writing this. The seller's agent tried to contact him on Wednesday (two days ago), but he did not respond. I called twice yesterday, both to the office and to his own number. He did not respond until I wrote this message. I understand that it is not his duty to help, but ignoring phone calls and hoping the problem will disappear on its own is not helpful and also unprofessional. It only takes a minute to send a message or email with the text: 'Sorry, we cannot help you further. Discuss this with your lawyer.' The reason for this 2-star review and this comment is not the expectation of free help, but the lack of communication, ignoring my agreements and failing to fulfill promises. Everything is fine until the office gets paid, after that it's difficult to get a simple answer. Also, the fact that they called and said: 'That's not how we do it in the Netherlands' and tried to shift the blame for that fact onto the fact that I am a foreigner, I found very disappointing.
