The next day, our realtor was called again to hear that the house had suddenly been sold to someone else. Second sale was not optimal, poor start, little information provided, careless. Our purchase went downright badly, mediocre viewing, questionnaire not filled in truthfully, many (dubious) points. Ronald comes across as friendly and skilled, but his work often leaves much to be desired, and he tries to brush off problems with very simple tests. I therefore cannot judge otherwise, Ronald is a real estate agent with a huge (?)

Selling your house is a live event, and Ingrid and her team feel that very well. They explain in understandable language what and when something will happen so you don't encounter unpleasant surprises. They take care of things where they can with great respect for our wishes, which is really nice! We had to deal with a very unpleasant buyer's agent, and Ingrid managed this very well so we didn't have a lingering feeling about the sale. This allowed us to experience firsthand that Ingrid primarily measures with a human touch, which is reassuring. We also experienced that the team looks critically at themselves and therefore gets the best out of the sale and each other in a very pleasant way. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ingrid Goes makelaars if you want to sell and/or buy a house.
