It has finally succeeded for me to secure a rental property through this fantastic organization (Bergmakelaardij). What I really want to thank you for is the transparency, quick communication, being above the fray and the personal approach. And that last point, that is scarce these days. For real estate agents it may be somewhat easier at this time to rent out a home, but it's admirable how personally you continue to work. Unfortunately, I have noticed that that is no longer important to many real estate agents in this current time, for every one of you there are 100 others. Grateful that I was allowed to collaborate with you. I wish you all the best and I advise everyone to do business with Bergmakelaardij.

I have asked her twice by phone to correct this. Instead of an amended version, I received an invoice. How can you make such a big mistake? She is really unprofessional. 27 Feb 2025People beware! Do not go into business with Ms. Vastgoed! We had a very bad experience with Angela as an agent. She accepted the assignment to sell our new-build home. She set the asking price too high and after a week of no response, she lowered the asking price. From day one we were correcting her, think of unprofessional photos and incorrect texts on funda. She scheduled the viewings two weeks later, which resulted in people not showing up. During her vacation/free days she had no replacement and brought everything to a standstill. In the same complex, three apartments had already been sold within that period by another agent. After eight weeks we decided to withdraw the assignment; she sent us an invoice of €1500 as termination costs. This is something you don't experience anywhere in the Netherlands. She threatened us with immediate payment, otherwise she would remove the house from Funda. We had agreed on a brokerage fee of 1.5% for good and smooth service, while her price is 1%. At Ms. Vastgoed it’s not about quality and service, but only about money. In many cases she also charges the entire brokerage amount upon termination, this is pure fraud! We had eight weeks of stressful and wasted time with this agent. And it cost us a total of €2200 for nothing. People don't fall for it and do not do business with her.

The price difference between their appraisal and that of the 2 selling brokers amounted to as much as 60 thousand euros. I could write a detailed story, but ultimately it will be a matter of his word against mine. I want to emphasize: think carefully before doing business with this company. Update : Speaking of carefulness, it has nothing to do with my personal opinion or disappointment. You should handle your customers' data more carefully, instead of just making things public when something doesn’t suit you. This behavior was also exactly the reason for seeking advice from two other brokers. But yes, he doesn’t appreciate that. Selling your house is a live event, and Ingrid and her team feel that very well. They explain in understandable language what and when something will happen so you don't encounter unpleasant surprises. They take care of things where they can with great respect for our wishes, which is really nice! We had to deal with a very unpleasant buyer's agent, and Ingrid managed this very well so we didn't have a lingering feeling about the sale. This allowed us to experience firsthand that Ingrid primarily measures with a human touch, which is reassuring. We also experienced that the team looks critically at themselves and therefore gets the best out of the sale and each other in a very pleasant way.
