20 Mar 2025We, as a young couple, went looking for a nice spot. We knew through our advisor what was possible. The chosen property fell within our budget. Nevertheless, the real estate agent claimed that we couldn't afford it. At least, those were their words. Very disrespectful. Luckily, the house was what we were looking for (with the defects later) because you don't come here for information, service, or professionalism. Our designated real estate agent was practically never present at appointments and unreachable by phone. It was then a colleague or substitute to whom we couldn't ask anything. It seems like just anyone can become a real estate agent. The 'Fair Bidding' process is also just a matter of giving the child a name. We had an agreement, yet they preferred to sell the house to someone else. All's well that ends well for us. But we will never choose Versluijs again and we advise everyone against it.

Als je ziet hoe groot dit jonge Makelaarskantoor is geworden in een korte tijd zegt dit genoeg. Ze kennen de regio als de beste.

28 Jul 2024Zeer onprofessioneel tijdens de bezichtiging. Bij de verkoop was de makelaar niet voorbereid en zat hij tevens bij elke vraag de info op te zoeken op zijn telefoon. Dit konden we zelf ook lezen. Geen enkele vraag bij de bezichtigen wist hij dan ook te beantwoorden. Kortom zeer onervaren.

Ook begeleiding voor bepalen van de vraagprijs en wel/niet accepteren van een bod van mogelijke verkopers verliep erg fijn. Luisteren echt naar wat verkoper wenst en wat realistisch is in deze huizenmarkt. Ons huis was tevens binnen 1 week verkocht! Dikke vijf sterren!!!

Een akelig voorbeeld van hoe mensen reageren wanneer je ze moet teleurstellen. Bij verhuur hebben wij dusdanig veel kandidaten dat je er ook veel moet teleurstellen. Wij hebben deze bezichtiging juist als zeer positief ervaren en u, samen met enkele andere kandidaten, voorgedragen aan de verhuurder. Het doet ons erg veel pijn hoeveel van dit soort reacties (en deze zware, slecht onderbouwde opmerking in het bijzonder) we krijgen wanneer we kandidaat huurders moeten teleurstellen. Jammer dat er zo'n heftige aantijging gemaakt wordt zonder ook maar één telefoontje met de vraag waarom de verhuurder voor een andere partij heeft gekozen.

28 Mar 2023En dan kom je op een punt om een huis te verkopen wat je eigenlijk niet wil. Contact gezocht met de mannen van Ready Vastgoed en een afspraak gemaakt. Ik heb een heel goed gesprek gehad waarin alles goed uitgelegd werd, waar ze voor staan en wat hun werkwijze is.. Duidelijke taal - voor een leek te snappen - eerlijk - oprecht - vriendelijk. Ze houden je goed op de hoogte van de vorderingen en contacten die er zijn, en als er hobbels zijn die gladgestreken moeten worden dan weten ze je ook te vinden. Al met al zeer positieven ervaringen met deze jongens. Ik kan de mannen van Ready Vastgoed dan ook van harte aanbevelen. Mario

28 Mar 2022Hoe makkelijk is het dat er een makelaar op een dorp zit voor een dorp als schoondijke toen ik na veel wikken en wegen besloten had om m'n huis te koop te zetten was de keus van makelaar niet moeilijk. Jordy en Remy jong en vol enthousiasme een team die een hele andere manier van aanpakken hebben die past in deze tijd. Ik had een uitdaging voor ze en die gingen ze graag aan. Binnen een week was mijn huis verkocht aan een super leuk stelletje.

23 Mar 2024Ik had een aanvraag gedaan voor een bezichtiging van een penthouse (met recreatief gebruik) in Cadzand met Jan de Dobbelaere. Aldaar afgesproken heeft Jan mij rondgeleid ( met weinig woorden/uitleg ). Ook de bijbehorende wellness bekeken en gevraagd naar de werkwijze/gebruik van de wellness ( exclusief of gedeeld gebruik , delen met chalet park ernaast ? etc.) . Dit was niet helemaal helder hoe dat geregeld is.(?) Ik ben vertrokken met een aantal vragen die ik vervolgens per mail heb opgesteld en verstuurd naar de makelaar. Vragen over verhuur overeenkomst van verhuurder en eerdere huuropbrengsten van de appartementen. Aangezien je verplicht bent om het perceel te verhuren zijn dit legitieme vragen die belangrijk zijn voor een vervolg. Immers Jan kon deze vragen ter plekke niet beantwoorden. Logisch; Echter na ruim een week wachten, hadden wij nog steeds niets gehoord of mail ontvangen. Hierna hebben wij besloten niet verder te gaan en elders op zoek te gaan naar een vakantiehuis. Dit ook per mail mede gedeeld, maar ook hierop geen reactie ontvangen. Jammer, en bijzonder teleurstellend, want we waren enthousiast over de woning. Wat mij betreft een gemiste kans.

10 Aug 2024Mijn vriend en ik besloten om te gaan samenwonen en onze eigen woningen te verkopen, zodat wij een frisse start konden maken. Na wat rond gevraagd te hebben, kwam o.a. de naam MyHouse een paar keer terug. Ik maakte een afspraak voor waardebepaling. Ik had een goed gevoel bij het contact met Carolien. Ze leek geëngageerd en geïnteresseerd. Ik vertrouwde uiteindelijk de verkoop van mijn woning toe aan MyHouse en mijn vriend deed hetzelfde. Het contract werd getekend en vanaf dat moment ging alles steil bergaf. Carolien verdween volledig uit beeld en quasi al het contact verliep via een stagiaire. Wat een drama... Ik had alles netjes opgelijst ivm uitgevoerde verbouwing; je zou denken dat dit intern doorgegeven wordt. Niet dus. Je moet alles driedubbel controleren. Toen mijn vriend zijn huis online ging werd hem gevraagd wat de afgesproken prijs was...euhm dat weet Carolien toch? Nee...Carolien was ziek en mocht niet gestoord worden... Ook bij hem werd niet alles correct weergegeven. Dus daar moesten we ook weer achteraan. Er werd al eens vergeten een bezichtiging door te geven, kan gebeuren natuurlijk. Of ik kreeg te horen dat ik een afspraak niet had bevestigd, wat pertinent onwaar is. Maar excuses moet je hier niet verwachten. Nou ja 1 keer belde Tamara om zich te excuseren namens MyHouse met de mededeling dat dit niet hun gebruikelijke manier van werken is... Er veranderde vervolgens helemaal niets. Bepaalde tijdstippen waren voor mij niet mogelijk. Je zou denken dat dit ergens genoteerd wordt...elke keer opnieuw moest ik uitleggen waarom, hoe en wanneer... Na elke bezichtiging werd ik even gebeld om te zeggen hoe het gegaan was en er werd afgesloten met:"je hoort ons nog". Euhm...dat bleek een loze belofte, want blijkbaar is er geen opvolging en als die er al is, wordt daarover helemaal niet gecommuniceerd. Wanneer je dan belt, zegt de ene zus en de ander zo. Als je makelaar tegen je zegt nadat iemand voor de tweede keer is komen kijken, dat die persoon in de daaropvolgende week een definitieve beslissing zal nemen, mag ik, denk ik, veronderstellen dat ook opgevolgd wordt. Niets is minder waar... Je moet bijna smeken om iets van informatie te krijgen. Het is trekken aan een dood paard. Het aanplakbord was kapot gewaaid door de wind... Ik heb ruim een maand moeten smeken om een nieuw bord. Een maand! Uiteindelijk kreeg ik een nieuw bord dat op een vreselijk amateuristische wijze aan mijn eigen boompalen werd bevestigd. Hier heb je je bord! Mijn buren vroegen me smalend of ik zelf aan het knutselen was gegaan. Er is geen oprechte interesse, vooral veel nonchalance en desinteresse. Er is geen communicatie en geen opvolging. Je moet overal zelf achteraan en hopen dat je nog wat hoort. Een mooie luxe verpakking zonder inhoud. Mijn vriend had in de ruim vier maanden dat zijn huis te koop stond slechts één bezichtiging. Toen wij hen de vraag stelden of we zelf iets konden doen (nieuwe foto's, ...) werd geantwoord dat ze dit zouden bespreken op de vergadering. Je raadt het al: "je hoort ons nog". Ze hebben ons nooit geantwoord.Exit MyHouse dan maar. De nieuwe makelaar gaf ons in een half uur meer tips en advies dan in de tenenkrommende weet-ik-hoeveel-maanden die we hebben moeten ondergaan bij MyHouse. Duidelijke en directe communicatie en geen mooie met stroop omhulde holle woorden, maar actie en tips waarmee wij aan de slag konden. MyHouse doet echt NIKS. Ze ontzorgen niet, ze denken niet met je mee en je krijgt het gevoel dat je het onmogelijke van hen verlangt. Het absolute minimum volstaat voor hen. Ze blinken uit in amateurisme en nonchalanche. Het kan hen eenvoudigweg niet boeien. Je hoeft van hen geen excuses te verwachten of oprechte belangstelling. We zijn met stomheid geslagen en vooral verbolgen over het feit dat ze aan het einde van de rit een flinke som opstrijken en er bitter weinig hebben moeten voor doen. Je kan het even goed zelf verkopen... We zijn helaas ook niet de enige met dergelijke ervaring. We horen steeds meer klachten, zowel van verkopers/ verhuurders als van potentiële kopers/ huurders.

10 May 2024Slecht makelaarskantoor qua verhuur. Afspraak proberen te maken voor een bezichtiging van een woning. Al mijn gegevens in moeten leveren en vervolgens niets meer horen. Paar.weken later voor een andere woning een bezichtiging aangevraagd. Of ik mijn gegevens weer wilde inleveren. Op antwoord dat ik deze al had ingeleverd totaal geen reactie meer ontvangen. Als dit de manier van zaken doen is ..... Het zal je makelaar maar zijn. Vandaag na plaatsen recensie binnen 10 minuten een telefoontje van Myhouse. Nu zou er ineens na al die weken een bezichtiging mogelijk zijn ....... Nee dank je wel. Mij te onbetrouwbaar.

Contact verloopt zeer moeizaam, afspraak werd niet afgemeld, na 5 keer bellen nog steeds geen contact kunnen leggen op een vrijdagmiddag! Ben blij dat het pand nieuwe huurders heeft maar ikzelf ( de opdrachtgever die de nota betaald) was nog niet op de hoogte toen de deal eigenlijk al rond was en ikzelf met een andere partij bezig was. Ik vroeg mij echt af voor welke partij zij werkten!

Het hele proces verliep erg vlot en wij waren zeer geïmponeerd door de persoonlijke aandacht die we tijdens het proces hebben ontvangen van MyHouse. Je ouderlijk huis verkopen is een emotioneel proces en als makelaar begrepen ze dit. De keuze van MyHouse is niet alleen een Financier keuze, het is een relatie aangaan met een partner. MyHouse gaf ons een komplete service, zelfs met zaken die niet hun verantwoordelijk waren. Ik geef ze graag 5 sterren voor hun hulp en geduld en zal graage weer van hun services gebruik maken in de toekomst Frank en Magda

10 Mar 2023MYHOUSE had een huis in de verkoop staan waar ik interesse in had. Vanaf het eerste contact tot en met de sleuteloverdracht is er altijd open en eerlijk gecommuniceerd. Niks was teveel gevraagd en ze kwamen hun afspraken altijd mooi na. Een extra bezichtiging of nog wat vragen over het huis, het was allemaal geen probleem en het werd voor je geregeld. De aankoop van de woning is mede dankzij MYHOUSE makelaars een fijn en voorspoedig proces geweest.

10 Mar 2023Wij zijn echt heel tevreden van MYHOUSE makelaars! We zijn lang op zoek geweest naar een huis en bij deze zoektocht zijn we met veel makelaars in contact gekomen. Bij de eerste keer dat we Dominique van MYHOUSE tegen kwamen vonden we hem zowel vriendelijk als professioneel over komen. Hij wist echt veel te vertellen over het huis. Maar wat we zeker ook heel belangrijk vonden was zijn eerlijkheid. Op het moment dat we zelf ons huis gingen verkopen zijn we ook bij hen uitgekomen. Ze zetten je huis zo goed in de kijker en op verschillende manieren, die we niet zagen bij andere makelaars. Onze keuze was snel gemaakt! Ook in het proces van de verkoop denken ze goed mee en luisterden ook zeker naar onze eigen ideeën.
