Henry called me back so quickly, almost as if he were calling me back before I had even submitted my request; this is also symbolic of the rest of the communication. Henry is truly always available and genuinely takes the time to ensure that you understand what he does and why he does it. What particularly struck me is that this absolutely doesn't feel like a commercial service; it’s very personal, and Henry really has passion for his work. It’s clearly not mass production, but sincere and careful guidance. I cannot recommend Henry wholeheartedly enough to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house!

Helaas blijkt dat absoluut niet het geval: we zijn feitelijk in een renovatieproject beland. • De keuken is volledig op één groep aangesloten, waardoor de inductieplaat niet werkt en dit niet zonder ingrijpende breekwerkzaamheden op te lossen is. • De douchecabine bleek gevaarlijk en ondeugdelijk. Het gaat om een verbrede cabine met een glazen deur die naar binnen moest openen en al slecht aansloot. Tijdens normaal gebruik is één van die glazen deuren plotseling uit de constructie geschoten. Gelukkig gebeurde dit bij een volwassene en niet bij ons kind van 5 jaar. • Meerdere stopcontacten werken niet of zaten los. • Het laminaat, dat nieuw gelegd zou zijn, is te strak geplaatst en bolt nu op. Daarnaast kwamen we nog talloze kleinere gebreken tegen, zoals losse deurklinken, een gescheurde wc-bril en zelfs een stroomkabel die onder de badkamerspiegel vandaan komt. Dit zijn geen kleine schoonheidsfoutjes, maar serieuze gebreken die een makelaar zou moeten signaleren en waarvoor kopers gewaarschuwd dienen te worden. Erg teleurstellend en niet wat je mag verwachten bij een woning die als instapklaar wordt verkocht.
