21 Aug 2024Apparently, with this broker, money is the highest goal. Whether you have a large budget or somewhat less, that's not further of interest. Directly after submitting what was, for me, the maximum bid, a clear answer: No, this is too low, we can’t do anything with this. So the offer is not accepted. I then wonder what the opinion of the selling party would have been?

We shifted everything in need so that we could still attend a viewing, only to be cancelled an hour beforehand because the house had already been sold, with the reason being 'the offer was so beautiful that we had to go along with it'. In this market, as a real estate agent, you should take the initiative to give everyone a chance and have respect for those seeking. You earn your money far too easily and your behavior reflects that. If something were to happen through the state regarding this market in about 10 years, I wouldn't be surprised if you were directly driven out of business by competition. And your communicative accessibility is terrible. If you are legally inclined, you can hold this real estate agent liable for damages due to failing to adhere to the legal requirements of real estate brokerage.

21 Aug 2021Little learned from the housing crisis. Making an appointment is difficult, you have to chase it up multiple times yourself. The real estate agent arrives late for the appointment, the real estate agent asks a lot of questions about your private life and tells nothing about the house. The real estate agent indicates that they will send another questionnaire and investigate some questions with the owner. You have to chase this yourself, the answers to the questions do not come and after a few days you find out that the house has been sold subject to approval. Apparently too much trouble to mention something like that during a viewing. The house is advertised with an incorrect energy label. In short, such a bad experience that we will from now on skip every house as a precaution that comes up for sale with them.

We were given thoughtful input. Buyers indicated that they found the tour very pleasant. The property was sold after the first viewing.
