Through word of mouth, we got the tip to contact Karin, and I was incredibly happy about that. Although we ultimately didn't buy a property through GeuS Makelaars, we did have a viewing arranged through them. Despite her full schedule, she was still able to make last-minute time for us because we came all the way from Rotterdam that day. What I liked was that she gives a very honest account of the property and could tell us a lot about it. She clearly provides insight into what still needs to be done, but also what the possibilities are. The house didn't become 'the one', but Karin remained involved and thought along with us. 03 Mar 2025Heel onpersoonlijk allemaal. Het Te koop bord voor aan de muur werd bij de buren geleverd zonder bericht van de desbetreffende makelaar. Huis was 2 dagen " onder voorbehoud " verkocht, en de factuur kwam al binnen terwijl er nog 6 weken ontbindende voorwaarden volgden. Kortom voor ons geen aanrader.

07 Apr 2024Een weekje in Terneuzen geweest om een apart te zoeken. te huur. Maandag bezocht, donderdag een huurovereenkomst getekend (als Russische man in het huidige Nederland !!). Er werd een perfect appartement gevonden. Competent, flexibel, snel, responsief. Sterk aanbevelen. Erg heel hartelijk bedankt :)
