We can understand that they need to make money, but on top of their generous commission come all sorts of extra costs. Additionally, hardly any time was taken for us. I advise to ask enough quotes. We sold our house within a week with a colleague and that for half the price that Duinstra Melis wanted to calculate for us.

The other time, the agent doesn't even go with you but stands in the kitchen or living room with their head in the phone. 'Have a look around yourself'. As if that weren't enough, there's also an interview with the owner who says that the housing shortage is caused by migrants. What are you even involved in....

An appointment for a viewing was made, which also included a confirmation, but unfortunately the agent did not show up at the agreed time. After we called to inquire about the agent's whereabouts, we received a response from the brokerage that left us completely astonished. Instead of an apology for something going wrong, there was complete silence on the other end of the line. There you stand after 1.5 hours of driving without result and therefore also 1.5 hours back, very special, but it wasn't the first time this week that a real estate agent didn't show up.

We were therefore flooded with responses for the aforementioned property. That you have not received a response from us anymore, is of course no excuse, but it has played a role here. That you bring up the alleged racism card, we find very regrettable and also painful. In this way, you do a disservice to us, but certainly also yourself.
