When I later reported this to them via WhatsApp, I sadly heard nothing from them. Very disappointing, full service would have been nice instead of partial service.

Called again on thursday afternoon: they are on a “team outing”, friday still nothing heard from the office! Conclusion: team outing is more important than (the) sale of a house, so went to another real estate agent anyway!

The choice fell on O'key because she had prepared the best and thought along with us about how to find the suitable buyer. Everything was negotiable.
