Called again on thursday afternoon: they are on a “team outing”, friday still nothing heard from the office! Conclusion: team outing is more important than (the) sale of a house, so went to another real estate agent anyway!

You're strung along for days, have to send everything about yourself from pay stubs to almost the color of your underwear, just to hear nonchalantly that they chose someone else after all. Edit May 7, 2024: I won't delete anything because you did indeed fail me. My last name is not Apellido so I will indeed not appear in your system. You assessed my house at 183,000 in 2020 and after a dispute resolution committee with Hoogedeure, Synchro and Dingemanse, the amount came out to 195,000. Before involving the dispute resolution committee, I tried to get an explanation via email of your calculations and whether you might want to re-evaluate them. However, I received an answer that the people involved were on vacation. So then I involved the dispute resolution committee. I could live with that outcome but because you didn't do your job properly, it cost me 1.5x appraisal costs. I still have all email correspondence. I am willing to publish something or other if you still don’t believe me?
