Through word of mouth, we got the tip to contact Karin, and I was incredibly happy about that. Although we ultimately didn't buy a property through GeuS Makelaars, we did have a viewing arranged through them. Despite her full schedule, she was still able to make last-minute time for us because we came all the way from Rotterdam that day. What I liked was that she gives a very honest account of the property and could tell us a lot about it. She clearly provides insight into what still needs to be done, but also what the possibilities are. The house didn't become 'the one', but Karin remained involved and thought along with us. 21 May 2024As buyers from Gouda, we ultimately felt more supported here in Zeeuws Vlaanderen by Natasja van Drongen of Moovs (who acted as the real estate agent for the sellers) than by the purchasing broker we hired. The more abandoned we felt by our broker MyHouse, the more (professional) support we were able to experience from Natasja of real estate agency Moovs, whom we wholeheartedly recommend.

22 Feb 2025Lazy realtor, not of this time. We had decided to buy a house at number 77 for €525,000 in Clinge, explaining that we still lived in Italy. We asked him to arrange a video visit. They don't do that! He was going to call us back... but never heard from this gentleman again. We bought a house via a video call with another realtor. In my opinion, this man does not keep appointments.

22 Feb 2025I was very satisfied with the initial contact with Chris vd. Branden regarding selling my house. Afterwards, I received an extensive written explanation of how he arrived at his valuation of my house, which was very pleasant. From the moment the house was actually for sale on funda, it took quite some time before it was sold. But all in all, I am very satisfied with Brandax. They only employ friendly people who also think along with you. Therefore, I definitely recommend Brandax.
