Strange realtor. First call the office to express interest in a property and inquire whether it was still for sale. The telephone operator didn't know that and indicated that we would be called back. Moeizame start ,in tegenstelling tot soortgelijke woningen in onze wijk heeft onze woning lang te koop gestaan . Uiteindelijk hebben we de woning ,na wat aanpassingen in vraagprijs,tijdens de openhuisdag ,zelf verkocht . Verkoopcontracten welke niet in het Engels beschikbaar zijn voor de koper ,dat zijn toch aandachtspunten. Te lang wachten , meer dan 3 dagen in onze situatie ,om een potentiële klant te benaderen,dat is veel te lang , 48 uur is echt het maximale.

Zeer tevreden over deze makelaar. Men denkt goed mee en reageert accuraat op de vele vragen die er vaak waren. Ook als het moeilijk wordt. Tommy is zeer betrouwbaar en klantgericht. Jayvano communiceert goed en vriendelijk. De telefoniste Melanie van kantoor Axel verdient een extra pluim voor de wijze waarop ze steeds professioneel, meedenkend, actief én vrolijk reageert op ieder telefoontje.

Wij vinden het wel belangrijk dat er wekelijks of zeker tweewekelijks korte feedback is i.v.m. opvolging verkoop woning. Ook is het belangrijk dat de kopende partij beter wordt geïnformeerd over hun rechten ivf bod en/of koopovereenkomst.

Meest onvriendelijke makelaar in de omgeving. Komt zijn afspraken niet na, maar verwijt mogelijke klanten dat ze niet op tijd of te vroeg op een afspraak zijn, terwijl hij zelf had beloofd een bevestigingsmail te sturen.
