I rented an apartment through Koops real estate agency. They were always very professional and transparent. The few times I needed help, she or the landlord contacted me immediately. Very professional and friendly during check-in and check-out. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment we viewed had the same layout as the apartment on the website but was of significantly lower quality. The modern white kitchen with built-in appliances and glass shower cubicle that appeared in the photos actually didn't exist. Instead, there was a dirty, impoverished kitchen with mismatched freestanding appliances of poor quality and a moldy shower with a shower curtain. The requested rent would already have been on the higher side for the apartment shown in the photos, but it was completely disproportionate to the actual apartment. These people should be ashamed of misleading potential tenants in this way.

Terrible experience. The realtor Indra called us to celebrate that we had won the highest bid, but ultimately called us three days after the final deadline/decision to tell us that we have lost the house because they accepted a rebid from someone who didn't win.
