They knew little about the rental property or the process we had to go through as tenants. After the drawing of lots was supposed to take place, an unannounced second drawing took place where additional documents had to be submitted, while I was requesting these from my current landlord, I spontaneously received 'Too late for submission' and they proceeded with another candidate.
