Na afloop van het contract met Amstelland Makelaars stuurden ze me geen definitieve bevestiging en spraken ze met de eigenaar af om niet op mijn berichten te reageren, terwijl hij mijn borg niet terugbetaalde. Zeer onprofessioneel, erg onbeleefd als ze al reageren, ze geven niets om hun reputatie, alleen om geld. Ik zou ze nooit aan iemand aanraden. Update: Na 5 jaar reageerde Amstelland met de mededeling dat het de schuld van de verhuurder was en niet van hen. Maar zij hadden de papieren niet goed ingevuld, waardoor de verhuurder me probeerde op te lichten. Ze hadden met de verhuurder afgesproken om niet te bevestigen dat ik de woning correct had opgeleverd, en de verhuurder kwam vervolgens met een vals document waarin stond dat ik de woning had vernield. Uiteindelijk heb ik een advocaat ingeschakeld om mijn geld terug te krijgen. Dit is nog steeds het slechtste makelaarskantoor waar ik in 7 jaar in Nederland mee te maken heb gehad.

Reactie van het bedrijf: Waarschijnlijk liegt u gewoon, maar het kan ook zijn dat u, zoals ik al in mijn recensie heb vermeld, ontzettend ongeorganiseerd bent en dat u me daarom niet in uw systeem kunt vinden. In elk geval heb ik bewijs toegevoegd dat ik het appartement dat u te koop aanbood, heb bezocht. Ik zal ook foto's van het appartement zelf toevoegen als u blijft beweren dat ik het niet heb bezocht. Vreselijke ervaring met dit bedrijf. Ze zijn ongeorganiseerd en onbeleefd. Ze reageren ook niet op een bod (12% boven de vraagprijs), wat extreem onprofessioneel is. Als ik een verkoper was, zou ik ze als de pest vermijden.

The worst real estate agents in Amsterdam. 3 Ubers had cancelled and I let the agent know that I would be slightly later, and now we stood waiting for 1 hour in the cold. We kept calling and they completely ignored us; they only care about money. Please go to a good real estate agent, every agent except these. This agency is run by young people who are after money, so I advise you to go with a real estate agent that has more mature people who know how to run an agency
