De makelaar werd opdringerig, er was weinig ruimte om alle goed door te nemen, heeft zonder overleg het verkoopconcept naar een derde persoon doorgestuurd omdat mijn zus en ik er te lang overdeden om te tekenen. Daarnaast heeft de makelaar tweemaal benoemt dat wij voor hem een lastig dossier zijn! Sorry omdat wij niet snel genoeg tekenen en er onduidelijkheid was met betrekking tot het executeurschap, wat door een advocaat nagekeken is, vind ik het pijnlijk om als klant te hore…

De makelaar heeft in overleg een goed gemotiveerde verkoopprijs geadviseerd en die prijs is ook behaald. Er is veel zorg uit handen genomen vwb de aankleding/inrichting tbv de verkoop.
