Just as we decided to sell our house, I received an email from Langejan about the valuation days and the possibility of a free valuation. The initial contact was professional and pleasant: an agent came by, brought a brochure, and we had a good conversation. He promised to send us the valuation within a week. Ten days later, I still hadn't received anything, so I called them — also to let them know that we had already bought a new home, that we were seriously interested in working with them, and that we would appreciate it if they could still send their estimate. Without any apology, I was told that it might come that week. Another ten days passed. Nothing received. I eventually emailed them to ask if they ever intended to send that valuation. To this day — now months later — I have never received a response.
