With a date included for transfer. A purchase agreement would be made. The next day he received another real estate agent on the phone saying that there was another bid that was higher. This was after closing time for bids. They went to discuss with the sellers. He was supposed to receive a callback the same day. On Christmas Eve, he heard via WhatsApp that the offer from others had been accepted. So dirty. They are still working with their legal expenses insurance to find out if what is stated in the response is true. According to the law, verbal promises are legally binding. Now our son has received it in writing that he was the one whose bid was accepted. Let the judge decide.
