Just had a rather strange phone conversation with Sebastiaan. To the simple question about which procedure a house will be sold through, I received no answer. Unfortunately, I only had one slot to view the property which coincided with another appointment and I wanted an answer to this question. This was also promised to me when making the appointment and again yesterday afternoon. I was told to 'just go to the viewing' and then 'see what you find more important'. I had already contacted them about this when making the appointment, and the day before the viewing, and on the day itself at the moment the office opened.
