Now, after 5 days, I still haven't received any response! My conclusion is poor moreover, I definitely wouldn't choose this realtor! Certainly not if I were to sell my own house either! As a supplement to the reaction from huis portaal, they can’t do anything; the house owner must respond themselves! Well... you have some strange people then!

Pay particular attention to hidden defects, such as - leaking chimneys, gutters and therefore damp walls - leaks that have been painted over (before the viewing) - walls that are wallpapered (before the viewing) to hide honeycomb and leaks. - gardens filled with rubble and other junk - asbestos that has NOT been reported. And when you go for a viewing; DEMAND that you can enter all rooms, including outside. Because there is no key available, you should not be satisfied with just looking at the garden from a distance. The above complaints relate to only 2 houses. There are more complaints from other homeowners.
