Na het overlijden van mijn vader in februari 2024 kwamen wij voor de verkoop van zijn appartement in Baarn aanvankelijk in contact met een makelaar die een bizar laag verkoopvoorstel had opgesteld. Dit motiveerde ons om een second opinion in te winnen, waarna we al snel in contact kwamen met Edwin van Majoor Makelaars. Geheel vrijblijvend gaf hij ons op locatie zijn kundige advies. Dit voorstel lag een stuk hoger en was veel reëler. Bovendien was ons gevoel bij het contact met Majoor meteen een stuk beter: kundig, initiatiefrijk en vol positieve energie. Dit gaf ons alle vertrouwen in een goede afloop, en dat bleek ook volledig uit te pakken. We zijn er ontzettend blij mee! Zeer tevreden over De Keizer Makelaar en speciaal over Annemarie van Benthum. Mijn huis is supersnel en goed verkocht door haar. Uiteraard heb je de juiste koper hiervoor nodig, maar ook haar kennis en kunde heeft zeker geholpen bij de verkoop van mijn huis. Ik heb een zeer prettig contact met haar en ook met haar kantoor gehad. Ik beveel deze makelaar van harte aan.

Soepel contact en zeer deskundig. Na overleg mbt de vraagprijs, hebben ze uiteindelijk een verkoopprijs weten te realiseren die er ruim boven lag. Alles ging zoals ik had gehoopt.

Tijdens verkoopproces veel kleine foutjes en onnauwkeurigheden (vooral door backoffice) en niet altijd transparant in communicatie. Dit had effect op het vertrouwen. Directe communicatie met makelaar zelf wel goed en tevreden over. Verkoopprijs viel uiteindelijk helaas tegen, lager dan ingeschatte taxatiewaarde.
