From the very first contact to the final details, we were charmed by the friendly, down-to-earth and professional communication. With this real estate agent, no extra costs for a photographer and such things. The photos, videos, and floor plans are created by them themselves and are certainly as good as other, more expensive photographers. A timeline was also outlined in advance, which they adhered to perfectly. And last but not least: the best price. The only pity is that I didn't know them when selling my previous house.

De verkoop is goed gegaan en de verkoop van het pand van koper via een andere makelaar ging snel waardoor de aankoop zonder problemen kon doorgaan. De communicatie tussen de twee makelaars was goed en werd duidelijk naar ons gecommuniceerd.

Goed in de communicatie, reageren snel op vragen en geven goed advies. Ook goed in de onderhandeling met de kopende partij.

Really a bad way to manage buying and selling. Not organized, no clear terms and deadlines set, documents not sent on time and in the correct order, and much more. They didn't let me bid on a day I was visiting for a house and after only sending a brochure, they literally said within 30 minutes that we had enough. Anyway, I didn't find any trust with them.

Called about a viewing, they said they probably already have candidates. Never experienced this before. If that's not the case, they will call back. ???
