Real estate agency Jo Rijksen successfully sold my property at the turning point in the housing market at the end of 2014. The asking price was ambitiously set (I thought: 'it will never happen') and the property was sold within 2 weeks for a price close to it. Above expectations! Photography of the property was professional and certainly contributed to many visits on Funda. Jo Rijksen handled the negotiations well with 3 bids and secured the compromise at the right moment. In short: I am very satisfied with this transaction.

Have the appraisal report drawn up by the real estate agent. Friendly appraiser and thinks with you. In the end, it took much longer than previously discussed to deliver the report.
