Our house in Loosdrecht is somewhat unique, designed in the 70s by an architect, and probably unique of its kind. We needed a real estate agent who really understood the house and ideally was just as enthusiastic about it as we were. Our buying and selling process went very well at Rohlof. Due to the short communication lines, things become clear quickly and are resolved quickly. Frank comes with good advice and he stands up for his clients if there is disagreement with other parties in the sales process.

Frank doesn't keep his self-made appointment and also doesn't respond after a text message. Not very nice.

We had SERGIO as a real estate agent for the sale of our house in Almere. How helpful, cheerful and professional he was. We sold our house at the first viewings for a very good price. He's a topper!

Four stars, because I am a satisfied customer (landlord) with a critical note. First the good news: A plus is good at finding tenants and providing guidance. They do it professionally and reliably, even meticulously. Big compliment and a recommendation for anyone who has something to rent out to expats or other tenants. Less content I am with the settlement. Especially the deposit and brokerage fees. That took some time. And the agreements were not 100% clear and the response was somewhat defensive.
