Misleading & unreliable We made an offer on a property through this real estate agent and we received the phone call with congratulations that the sellers accepted our offer a day later. We were abroad on vacation at that time. At no point did Michel or the back office communicate that the purchase would only be formal after signing the preliminary purchase agreement. We had, of course, already received it, but we were strongly advised not to interrupt our vacation. Everything in good faith. What we didn't know is that there were still other bidders involved, despite the assurance.
