But it's still being handled by hendriks. The worst thing is that my ex didn't even take the house out of sale, but his mother! Practices that really can't be carried out here.

07 Nov 2025I contacted Hermans Makelaars about a shop premises that interested me. Initially, I was asked to look up and submit various pieces of information myself, which I did neatly. In the end, I never heard from them again. No follow-up, no clarity, no professional handling. For a real estate agent who claims to find personal contact and guidance important, this was truly disappointing. As an entrepreneur, I at least expect a decent response—especially if I myself take the initiative and provide all the requested information.

Personal attention, clear communication and a professional follow-up are exactly the basis of good service for us. It puzzles us that you had to submit various documents in advance. That's different with rental housing, but for commercial properties we use a different approach. All the more annoying that you have experienced it differently.
