Nog nooit zo’n slechte makelaar gehad bij bezichtiging, hij wist zelfs niet wanneer ze ongeveer de overdracht wilde. Heel erg ongeïnteresseerd en bij elke simpele vraag had hij geen idee. Lag languit op de bank toen we aankwamen haha. Zou mn huis nooit door deze partij laten verkopen.

What a bad real estate agency... deliberately lied in the advertisement about the ground rent of the house (because, I quote: 'the ground rent is so low that it's no problem, we didn't put this in the advertisement because that would scare people away'). The ground rent was therefore a big problem. Before the bank could provide a mortgage, a notarial opinion about the ground rent was needed. Here too, Drieman real estate agent was particularly evasive towards the notary, because Mr. found it all unnecessary. I am still getting angry and sick when thinking about these people. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Drieman Garantiemakelaars. Reaction to Drieman's reaction: Especially the part 'We do not recognize ourselves in the image that deliberate false information was provided' is painful. See attached photo: a screenshot of the relevant house on Funda. Here clearly false information was provided because it is stated here as if it were full ownership while it should have been clearly stated that it was a ground rent.

The guidance during the sales process was experienced by us as insufficient. Due to a disappointing market, the number of viewings was low.
