What a good and fine real estate agency! They sold my childhood home. That is a very impactful and sometimes sad journey, but all employees thought and felt with me from the first moment on. Sjors and Jeroen, the agents I had contact with, are accessible, open and professional. Also great compliments for the people in the office with whom it was always pleasant and quick to switch! In advance, I received a good, realistic and clear sales plan presented and that plan completely came true. There is extensive use of social media and a good sales strategy is chosen. The property was sold quickly and well! The property was sold to a lovely family who will undoubtedly be very happy there. Sjors helped tremendously when we were confronted with very unpleasant potential buyers (the Bart-Jan from a previous review) who were so demanding, assertive, unkind, spoiled, arrogant and communicated in such a way that the world revolves around us that I totally didn't want to give them my lovely childhood home anymore. A tip for them: ask a buying agent for help next time and don’t think you can do without it like you thought. And even better: then hire a top broker like WBos.
