1 star due to integrity. KRK has performed a valuation on our house. This turned out €20,000,- lower than the WOZ value from 10 months prior, and did not correspond at all with prices of surrounding homes.

Worst realtor I could ever experience. My fiancé and I had a viewing for a house. My fiancé and I were well on time. The door is opened and we are harshly rejected, not even offering an apology. She didn't give us the chance to view the house either, then she starts telling us that she had emailed and called us, that the house was sold. Totally untrue. Not a friendly realtor!!!
