Arrogant, poorly accessible and you can't make an appointment with these guys. If you think you have bought a house, they quickly buy it away in front of your eyes. Be careful with these guys. They search for houses on Facebook, approach private sellers, offer/assess the house very low and try to buy it themselves. If this fails, they wait until a buyer makes an offer that the seller accepts and then buy the property away in front of your eyes. This is not a real estate agent but house speculators.

They guided us very well through the purchase of our apartment, which would not have succeeded without (haste).

As the buying party, we contacted him in the capacity of selling agent, during which communication was very difficult and unfriendly. Mr. Brom did not proactively and fully inform us and approached us with great suspicion, while we were always transparent and with good intentions throughout the process. In addition, I am of the opinion that a professional real estate agent remains polite at all times, despite his personal opinion about the person he is in contact with. This is how we unfortunately did not experience the contact with Mr. Brom.
