What a good and fine real estate agency! They sold my childhood home. That is a very impactful and sometimes sad journey, but all employees thought and felt with me from the first moment on. Sjors and Jeroen, the agents I had contact with, are accessible, open and professional. Also great compliments for the people in the office with whom it was always pleasant and quick to switch! In advance, I received a good, realistic and clear sales plan presented and that plan completely came true. There is extensive use of social media and a good sales strategy is chosen. I had to sell my house through one of your colleagues. 1. To exceed the value of the house and say that it would be sold within a week (very confidently). 2. Botch photoshoots. 3. At some point, I noticed there weren't many bids, I reversed the value and made up excuses (within 2-3 weeks). 4. Not respond, but arrive on time. 5. Not keep us informed during the sales process.
