Het app - contact was i.h.a. goed , weliswaar kon de communicatie beter daar waar het ging bv om een belangrijke mededeling van de verkoper qua tijdsdruk binnen het verkoopproces. Verder kunnen wij tevreden op de gehele periode terugzien.

De makelaar van de Koning was zeer ter zake kundig en uiterst flexibel. Ik ben geen makkelijke klant maar de service van de makelaar en de backoffice bleef onverminderd hoog en nog belangrijker, zeer snel. Avoid this club. They pass on bids to buyers during registration and drive up prices, even if you have the highest bid. On the surface friendly guys, but they play the game very dirtily. Totally unnecessary, because they sell nice houses. Yet they apparently feel it's necessary to pass on bids before the registration deadline has passed. Registration also doesn't close in time. A minute after the closing deadline, the highest bid comes in, entered by the selling agent. They also ask for more money, even if you have the highest winning bid, way above the asking price. I bought a house some time ago where they were the selling agent, but it still bugs me. Hence this message. Totally not integer and transparent, this club, and they contribute to making buying a house especially very frustrating, in an already tight housing market.
