Wat een aanfluiting van een makelaardij is dit. Er is een makelaar naar onze woning gekomen om te kijken of ze hem in de verkoop konden nemen. Na een prettig gesprek en 1,5u van onze tijd kwamen er allerlei beloftes over een verkoopstrategie etc. Nog geen twee uur later wordt ik gebeld door de makelaardij, of ik een afspraak wilde maken voor een kennismaking. Uh, ja, er is toch net iemand van jullie hier geweest? Nadat de telefoniste dezelfde conclusie had getrokken werd er weer opgehangen. Vreemd. Vervolgens hebben we op de afgesproken dag geen mail met verkoopstrategie of enig bericht ontvangen. Drie dagen later dan afgesproken kwam er een lullig telefoontje met het bedrag wat ons huis waard zou zijn. Alles zou ook nog zeker even op de mail komen. Je raadt het al, die mail hebben we nooit meer gekregen. Hoe iemand met een opdracht op zak weg kan lopen en hem toch niet kan krijgen door het zelf zo te verprutsen. Dit is duidelijk niet de betrouwbare makelaar waarnaar we op zoek zijn.

Wij kochten als starters een woning die werd gepresenteerd als “starters opgelet” en waarbij in de advertentie stond dat de woning volledig was aangepakt, inclusief elektra. De begeleiding naar de koop toe verliep uitstekend, tot wij na de koop achter meerdere ernstige gebreken kwamen. Tot nu toe heb ik altijd alleen maar 5-sterren reviews gegeven, want als ik niets goeds te zeggen heb, zeg ik liever niks. Maar deze ervaring voelde voor mij te zwaar om positief of niet te beoordelen. Na de overdracht bleken er echter meerdere ernstige gebreken te zijn. Volgens een door ons geraadpleegde installateur bleek de afvoer van de cv-ketel onjuist aangesloten te zijn op het drinkwatersysteem. Daarnaast bleek de elektrische installatie volgens een deskundige niet aan de huidige eisen te voldoen, met een noodzakelijke renovatie van circa €8.000 als gevolg (inmiddels ingepland). Volgens dezelfde deskundige kan dit, indien de installatie niet wordt aangepast, leiden tot afsluiting door de netbeheerder vanwege brandveiligheid. Tijdens de bezichtigingen hebben wij nadrukkelijk vragen gesteld over de staat van onder andere de cv-ketel, omdat wij onverwachte kosten niet kunnen dragen. Achteraf bleek de situatie anders dan wij op basis van de verstrekte informatie mochten verwachten. De ketel functioneerde na overdracht niet. Uiteraard houd je altijd rekening met tegenvallers, maar het blijft een forse en onverwachte uitgave. Ook troffen wij schimmel aan achter meubels en behang, wat tijdens de bezichtiging niet zichtbaar was. Daarnaast kunnen wij de tuin na overdracht nog steeds niet gebruiken, omdat deze nog steeds als opslag wordt gebruikt (bijna 3 maanden) Op deze punten hebben wij geen reactie ontvangen. Dit geldt eveneens voor spullen die volgens afspraak zouden achterblijven. Elke woning kent tegenvallers, dat begrijpen wij ook. Maar in een periode van een maand met kosten voor notaris, verbouwing, meubels en vaste lasten daarnaast ook nog forse onverwachte noodzakelijke kosten moeten financieren van ruim €10.000 erbovenop is voor starters een grote klap. Zeker gezien werd vermeld dat onder andere de elektra was aangepakt. Wat ons vooral teleurstelt, is de wijze waarop na melding van deze punten met ons is omgegaan. Zoals eerder vermeld hebben wij niet op alles een reactie ontvangen. Wij voelden ons niet serieus genomen en ervoeren weinig bereidheid om mee te denken over een oplossing. Als antwoord werd onder andere aangegeven dat de deskundigen geen juristen zijn, dat hijzelf geen rechter of politieagent is en geen mediator kan of wil 'spelen'. Voor ons kwamen deze opmerkingen over als het afschuiven van verantwoordelijkheid, in plaats van het serieus nemen van onze zorgen. Er werd daarnaast aangegeven dat wij het moeten accepteren of een advocaat moeten inschakelen. Wij hebben gekozen er een punt achter te zetten en niet mijn advocaat te benaderen. Omdat wij geen antwoord hadden gekregen over de, niet opgehaalde ,spullen zijn wij genoodzaakt weer zelf contact te zoeken. Helaas is het verder uit de hand gelopen met de verkoper toen wij vroegen de spullen op te halen. Vervolgens zijn wij heel respectloos behandeld en worden wij nu zelfs beschuldigt van "beschuldiging van fraude". Ik weet niet waar het stukje fraude vandaan komt? Wat is er besproken? Wij delen deze ervaring zodat anderen een volledig beeld hebben. Liever hadden wij een betere ervaring gedeeld, maar door het uitblijven van reacties en de gemaakte opmerkingen voelen wij ons genoodzaakt dit te delen. Ik woon hier niet op mijn gemak. Voor ons heeft dit traject geleid tot veel stress, onverwachte kosten en teleurstelling. Edit: Ik waardeer uw reactie vandaar een ster erbij.

Geen grote massa bedrijf. Maar een met jaren ervaring open een echt eerlijk. Fijn in het contact. Geen opdringerig contact naar wel altijd bereikbaar.
