Very bad, unreliable realtor. Poelman is helpful and friendly when making an offer. After signing the preliminary purchase agreement, that completely disappeared. When asked if it's normal for a support beam to be provided with an angle profile and propped up with tiles, Poelman simply answers Yes. Further communication can only take place via registered letters. So he lies, therefore be careful and do not enter into business with this realtor.

Na contact met het makelaarskantoor bleek dat ze vergeten waren de bezichtiging te annuleren omdat het huis al verhuurd was. Een huis zoeken is stressvol, en vrij nemen van mijn werk voor een zinloze bezichtiging was ontzettend frustrerend. Hun gedrag was ronduit onprofessioneel.

Enkele belangrijke problemen waren: 1. **Vertraagde facturen:** Het kantoor verstuurde de facturen consequent niet op tijd. Ondanks meerdere verzoeken om de facturen minstens vijf dagen voor de vervaldatum te versturen, werden ze vaak op het laatste moment of zelfs na de deadline verstuurd. 2. **Trage reactie op onderhoudsverzoeken:** Het duurde lang voordat het kantoor reageerde op mijn verzoeken om resterende spullen uit de woning te verwijderen, wat onnodige vertragingen en ongemak veroorzaakte. 3. **Onterechte kosten:** Bij het uitchecken claimde het kantoor schade die niet aanwezig was tijdens de inspectie vóór vertrek of de eindinspectie. Deze kosten, zoals een vlek op een keukengreep, waren twijfelachtig en werden niet vermeld in eerdere rapporten. Dit gebrek aan transparantie liet me met onbeantwoorde vragen achter. Ik raad toekomstige huurders aan om alle details grondig te documenteren bij het huren van een woning via dit kantoor om hun borg te beschermen. Het is jammer dat mijn ervaring door deze problemen werd verstoord, en ik hoop dat het bureau zijn klantenservice in de toekomst kan verbeteren.

There seemed to be little joy in the sale or the contact with potential buyers. Of all the real estate agents we have spoken to, this one came across as the least friendly to us.

Remans Vastgoed is among other things active in the management of various VVE associations. After a storm and a slamming door, 1 of our keys was bent. Unfortunately, there was only one thing to do: order a new key. Because it concerned a key with a certificate, the key order went through Remans. It's almost remarkable how long they took for this. On May 10, 2023, we contacted them by email and ordered the relevant key. Meanwhile, as of the moment of writing (June 18, 2023), the key is reportedly 'on its way to us', but still not in our possession. Every time we made telephone contact, the key was 'on order with Hubo'. We have a great deal of understanding for external factors that can delay the process. However, needing almost 1.5 months to have a key re-made via the hardware store is sheer incompetence. Due to the rampant incompetence at Remans, we had to rotate with 1 house key for 1.5 months. It's an understatement to say that we are not particularly impressed with this company in the meantime. There is no service here whatsoever. Now let's hope we actually get to receive the key soon! For those interested: we eventually received a key when we were about to move out. I will now briefly jump into the response from Remans Vastgoedbeheer. It is truly unacceptable how often contact has been made on behalf of Remans with us regarding removing/adjusting the review. In the response from Remans, it is mentioned that there is a necessary certificate. Of course we were aware of the certificate, which is why we also contacted Remans. Furthermore, Remans was also aware of the fact that we as tenants did not have a spare key in our possession. Moreover, the above review is entirely based on feedback from Remans themselves. Any 'inaccuracies' in this review are a direct consequence of the information provided by Remans themselves. Conclusion: the problem lies with the service and the form of communication, not with the consumer. I would greatly appreciate it if the obsessive urge to change the above review finally stops. A mistake is a mistake, take responsibility.
