04 Sep 2024You can expect a realistic view of the housing market and practical advice from Jannie Keizer and her colleagues. Like a tiger, Jannie strives to get the best out of a sale. The nice thing is that there are no barriers to asking or submitting anything to Jannie or the employees. A downside was that some appointments, such as callbacks, sometimes got lost in translation, but it was also a hectic time, because our house was sold within 14 days.

And that was neatly arranged, complete with snacks and drinks but also very good (and honest!) explanation of everything around this special building. With a team of three people for the tour!

19 Apr 2025Strange kwibus.. I think Mr. Kerssier is doing too well! There's a beautiful house for sale in Zwiggelte where we certainly had interest! We would like to make an appointment to come and have a look. This could only happen from the nvn open houses day (strange that the real estate agent doesn't bother) I think either the real estate agent is doing too well. Or Mr. thinks 'ah, those city people can't afford it' (because I don't speak plainly) We ourselves live on something similar in terms of land and also in Drenthe. On the internet it says that Zwiggelte is being terrorized by a pack of wolves. And since we have chickens according to Mr. Outside the fact that we do indeed have them. We have horses, dogs, fish and so on.. And yes a baby of a few weeks old. So a pack of wolves around your house isn't super... But hey still we had interest. But because of this arrogant attitude of the real estate agent this has suddenly disappeared. 1 * is actually still too much. Ps you have my nr so you can always call me Mark!

After a very pleasant tour, we were left with a very good feeling, very helpful and in this way, she connected us with our mortgage advisor Leonie. Words fail to describe it. Leonie is truly an excellent employee who works hard, thinks along well and always looks for solutions. After a few conversations, when we thought we would be looking for a house for quite some time. That turned out to be different thanks to her hard work and attentiveness; we found our first home within 2 weeks!! We naturally only have praise for this experience.
