19 Apr 2025Both purchasing and selling the house were done with the help of LIV real estate agents. During the purchase, I first went to view the property myself during an initial viewing. When I realized that this was the house I had been looking for so long, I called Marlies from LIV real estate agents. She quickly arranged things and, on very short notice, organized a viewing with both a purchasing agent and building expert for a joint inspection. Nicolette provided excellent advice, which allowed me to purchase the property. Selling my old house was also an incredibly pleasant experience. The team at LiV real estate agents works extremely professionally, and all employees are very thorough. Lines of communication are short, everyone is highly involved, and I was kept informed from A to Z. Ant's styling advice is also invaluable. Due to the high interest in my property, an extra viewing afternoon was even scheduled with both real estate agents present, allowing a total of 30 viewings to be planned for my house. Extremely satisfied with how everything went. Truly a top team!

Because we live further away, communication has largely taken place via email. We were always kept correctly and promptly informed about the progress of the sale of our property. The contacts were customer-focused and pleasant. We can wholeheartedly recommend Roos Makelaars and wish them much success in the future.

03 Sep 2024Roos real estate agents employ undesirable, uncontrollable and non-transparent practices that disadvantage (potential) buyers and sellers. Roos uses Move in or out inappropriately and untimely to prevent the seller from controlling bids; conducts viewings while the property is sold subject to 'sale of own home' condition, potentially pressuring the buyer to withdraw the condition; uses a high degree of ‘yes but’ language in communication; etc. Therefore, both sellers and buyers can be disadvantaged by obscured practices. Now we are waiting following this 1-star review for an immediately subsequent 5-star review. Really Roos?

After a pleasant viewing (your own words), the seller decided to sell the property to another party who came earlier with an offer. We understand that this is disappointing for you. Despite multiple attempts to contact you, we have not received a response from your side. This limited our ability to help you further. The seller was indeed aware of your interest, as we also confirmed by email. However, the seller's final choice fell on another party. We have already informed you of the above directly via email. Hopefully, this has clarified the matter once again.

Through connections, the current property came our way and we were the first interested parties, as the house was not yet online. Because they always start viewings at 9 am, as the telephone operator once told us, and we had an appointment at 9 am, we assumed that we were still the first. Nevertheless, it seemed that this realtor wanted to give another interested party preference, because we were told that we were second and that this one had been scheduled much earlier, namely half an hour before us, while they always start at 9 am. It was a quiet period, so it couldn't have been due to high demand that they had to make this maneuver. We experienced this as absolutely not correct. Afterwards, we had (unjustly!) a dispute about the previously sold property and this realtor suddenly became ‘unavailable’. Emails were not answered and he left us to our fate. It seemed as if the money was hooked and the matter was closed. It seemed as though he didn't want to know anything about the problems, because the property was removed from Funda before the deadline had expired. The dispute which never led to a lawsuit or similar, was of course 'won' by us, as it was very unjustified and based on castles in the air. We have therefore got a very unpleasant aftertaste after this very distant approach of the realtor, and where we previously always spoke with praise about this particular realtor, there is now little left of that. The relevant realtor knows o.i. very well who we are and we hope he can still be so courteous as to contact us again since our emails are no longer answered. It struck us very harshly that e.e.a. was dismissed in such a way. Especially because we thought(!!) that we always did business with sufficient satisfaction. A pity it ended up like this BdB!

14 Jul 2024We recently sold our house with the guidance of Mieke. We experienced this as extremely positive. Mieke guided us through all the steps that need to be taken when selling a home. She translated the complicated contractual matters into everyday situations. The creation of photos and, among other things, drone images are arranged by EMKA Makelaardij. We found it convenient that we didn't have to arrange this externally ourselves. Mieke is easily accessible and communicates as needed. For now, we are extremely happy with our new home, but if we were to need a real estate agent again in the future, we would definitely return.

Date unknownUnfortunately, no good experience with this real estate agent. Seemed so nice. But how disappointed we are in this man. He cost us a lot of money. Doesn't arrange viewings and doesn't pass on bids either. Unfortunately, I had to find out about that via Facebook. I think you sell your house faster yourself than through this realtor. He is nowhere involved and just does whatever he wants. My advice is stay far away from this man. Unfortunately, you often only find out too late but how we were taken for a ride by this narcissist. And now he wants to clean up his act again to start a conversation with me. Even that is a lie that he himself believes in. He has all sorts of friends who help with abuses and deals where you, as seller and buyer, are the victim. Just to make his own real estate more valuable. But you NEVER SELL your house!! AND HE DOESN'T THINK ABOUT ANYTHING, JUST DOES WHAT HE WANTS AND COMES AT APPROPRIATE AND INAPPROPRIATE TIMES. Acts like the house is his. But move the house that you are allowed to sell there definitely not the seller himself but you. Maybe follow a real training course and learn from a real realtor who really understands business and people. You're lucky that people read these kinds of reviews too late. Otherwise, I can only say NEVER AGAIN!! STAY OUT OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS MY ADVICE BEAUTIFUL STORIES BUT ALL LIES

He waives the first right of purchase without consulting with the owner. And is very unfriendly towards buyers he wants to get rid of. A female salesperson is not taken seriously and belittled. Because you shouldn't think that as a woman you have anything to say. He works together with Hamstra, who clears out houses and does relocations; this Hamstra is a friend of Overzet, he loads his car full of goods from the people who need to empty the house and then sells them privately. Of course, without the owner's permission. He acts as if he has a whole team of people working for him. In reality, he is alone. But the bill is almost 10,000€. These 2 People work hand in hand with each other. Keep your fingers away from these 2 People. I am luckily aware early enough and have hired a real estate agent, one who is honest and worth every cent. BE CAREFUL OF REAL ESTATE AGENT OVERZET

Date unknownDon't go into business with this realtor. Comes across as very friendly but isn't very reliable. And never wants contact with this realtor again. So you don't need to ask me about that! Buy and sell nothing there, and if he once comes up with a price, you can’t lower it anymore, even if it takes years, I heard. He doesn't seem to understand that when people put their house for sale they also want to be rid of it. Very dubious man therefore. The photographer could also do with a course because shadows are always visible. Amateur then.
