29 Jun 2025Nikki helped us in a special way. Where we had more or less given up hope of ever finding our dream house again, thanks to Nikki's attentiveness, our wish has come true. Honestly, we were quite critical and that made the search a considerable challenge for Nikki as well. Nevertheless, one day she came up with a house that was for sale (not yet on Funda!). Our hearts started beating faster; this was the house we had viewed in April 2024 during an Open House Day! Due to circumstances, we did not take action then, but the house made a deep impression on us. It was too good to be true and to make a long story short; thanks to Nikki, we now live in this beautiful house, located in the picturesque fortified town of Ravenstein. It should be clear: We can wholeheartedly recommend Nikki given her professionalism, pleasant demeanor, decisiveness, patience (with us 😁), expertise and attentiveness!

I particularly appreciated the fast and low-key communication; nothing formal, just sending messages and things were quickly arranged. Joost and his team Woonkoppel real estate agency weren't too proud to receive feedback; when I came up with ideas/comments, he called me and we chose something we both agreed on, even if that went back and forth 3 times. The sale was not standard, so Woonkoppel real estate agency helped me in their network with an energy label (quickly and with a discount), legal adjustments to the contract, and we could simply FaceTime because I unfortunately couldn't be present at the transfer.
